Knowing God: in creation, in conversion, in fellowship. God with us, as he promised and covenanted. Knowing God as He has revealed Himself. Comfort through trials. We must love God in his sovereign judgement.

Come to North Greenville Church at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 17, during Easter Week, for a worship service of preaching, scripture reading, prayer and congregational singing. Led by the Rev. David Huffman, we will remember Jesus’ ministry in the upper room during Passover Week, who ushered in the new commandment of remission of sins in His blood shed on the cross. Why did God wait so long to reveal the doctrine of the Trinity, that He is One God subsisting in three distinct persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit?B. B. North Greenville Church is beginning the first in a new, two-part study series entitled, “Distinctives of Being A Member of a Reformed and Presbyterian Church.” The first session will be Wednesday, March 5, at 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall of North Greenville Church, 2120 Roe Ford Rd. in Travelers Rest.Part 1 of the series will address such topics as:What does Reformed mean?In the Reformed view, what is a Christian?What are the covenants?What are the “Five Solas” of the Reformation?What are the Doctrines of Grace?What are the Reformed sacraments?Why do Reformed churches hold to certain approaches to church government and worship?Each lesson will have a 35-minute teaching time, followed by a 10-15-minute Q&A.
